Hill tribe fabric

    Hill tribe  
In Southeast Asia there are numbers of people living hobo in the mountains, which is known as "Hill Tribe". These people live along the border of the five countries, namely Myanmar, Laos, Vietnam, Thailand and China, particularly in Yunnan province. They have been dubbed "Hill Tribe" is why they are living in the mountains for many generations. Although their subsistence are in the mountain but it is difficult to identify their look like, their own language, culture, dress patterns and belief systems with myriad.

     Hmong or Meo 

     Hmong residents are scattered  to 13 provinces in Northern part of country, especially in Chiang Mai and Chiang Rai, Tak, Nan, Phetchabun.  Hmong in Thailand are divided into two groups: Hmong Jua  is called blue  Meo  or  tabby Meo another group  is known as De Meo  or white Meo.



     Dresses
Hmong are the well-known embroidery handmade, the often image familiar  is Hmong women wear knee length pleated skirts. Hemp fabric or hand-woven cotton write the unique pattern on batik.The shirt fabric is a black long sleeve, completely with beautiful embroidery stitches art and design thoroughly, and also at calf strap dress. In full dress accessories must have napkins which are magnificently decorated with embroidery strap over the skirt.
        The Hmong man will wear black pants loose, d
rop down almost to the end of the legs. Wear long sleeves black shirt cut short breast floats above the waist, decorated with embroidered patterns on chest. The silver embellishment are popular used of Hmong both men and women and have silver bracelet round neck. 
       
Batik  Hmong. 
         Hmong brought the original silk  weaving  their own to wrote the various pattern for the skirt made of Hmong women. The silk was made from the dried-up bark of Hemp fiber. They  then brought out the tiny tear to the  yarn suitable for weaving. In generally Hemp fiber was divided into four sections or 16-20 threads and then led to the low fiber with the pestle in the  mortar to be detached and easy to spin. 
     After already  pounding the Hemp fiber  will be rolled by “Dua”  the  tool made from 8-10 inch round wood attached with rattan. While woven held to heartwood the Hemp fiber will be attached for each line by using fingers rub the tip to broke the Hemp fiber  into two lines. Then they took one line to another with the same line. When the Hemp fiber full will looked like the Chinese Footwear, then remove the wood fibers to roll out stores. Bring to light the hot water immersion, then hit a twist through into the machine twist that is “Shua Dua “. Fibers through the spinning spiral will gross in the core network is called Sarah, which one of “Shua Dua” can supplies Hemp fiber at a time from 4 to 6 axis when completed will be changing again.

Embroidered


Mainly Hmong Embroidery Fabric  use their silk production to embroider to different patterns which are their own proprietary design. Usually Hmong will be refined in thought patterns and various embroidery designs which can be seen from the Hmong skirt made of embroidery batik. The finished embroidery will be processed to cloths for the new New Year's Eve or on some special occasion. Embroider fabeic  can be fabricated as other appliances such as satchel, shoulder bag, backpack bag,wallet, mobile phone bag, appliances, etc., which the Hmong embroidery patterns will vary and have different names
